Dear Bidet Shop

My name is Bruce Lyon. I live in the Port Stephens area of NSW. You have my permission to use my name and testimonial for product promotional purposes.

I have been trialing the Silverex shower head for the last 12 months to try and address:

a) some chronic skin care complaints and

b) skin repair following chemo-radiation cancer treatment and surgery around the anal area.

In particular a longstanding non-specific Eczema on my lower and upper legs, groin, lower and upper arms. This has presented as itchy skin, scaly at times, that weeps and oozes particularly after scratching. I have been tested for allergies that might be causing any dermatitis, but no particular factor was identified.

Previous treatments included topical steroid creams that were to be generously applied several times daily to all affected areas until the itching and scaling subsided. This was both expensive and annoying to have to keep compliant with the treatment regime.

Additionally, I had been treated for an anal cancer with radiation treatment which required a silver based antibacterial cream to assist in skin repair and infection control.

Since using the Silverex shower head for several months, I have ceased using topical creams and the related ongoing costs, and my Eczema has completely healed in all areas mentioned above, with no further relapses. I am still using the showerhead some 12 months on.

Secondly, the need for the Silver antibacterial cream was lessened to zero once the convenience of the Silverex shower head allowed for similar cleaning and care of the affected areas.

In the end, the chemo-radiation treatment proved initially successful, but a tumour relapse elsewhere necessitated a surgical intervention to remove the cancer completely. The Silverex shower head continues to assist in keeping the affected surgical site clean and infection free during the post-surgery recovery.

For me, this product is well worth considering to trial for persons with similar issues to me.

Good morning, I just wanted to pass on my huge appreciation for your prompt service with my community NDIS client over the past week. Andrea went above and beyond to get him a toilet lift and bidet system in his home in lightening speed, (approximately 2 days post trial) which just doesn’t happen often when you work with NDIS unfortunately! Recently I purchased a BA13be Coway bidet and want to say how marvellous and helpful Cheryl Scott at the Bidet Shop has been through the whole process. From first contact, to locating the most appropriate toilet suite and including prompt after sales service! Nothing is too much trouble to her as well as being such a lovely, friendly person!

I happily recommend people to Cheryl at The Bidet Shop in the Home Ideas Centre in Oakleigh if they want to find out more about your products.

I would also like to commend Debbie Hunter at the Helpdesk, for her friendly assistance when first experiencing difficulties with our bidet.

By the way,  these difficulties were completely resolved with a prompt replacement by Cheryl!

We have had several dealings with The Bidet Shop and every time we have been more than a little impressed with their customer service. When we purchased the Japanese style bidet seat 3_years ago we made our order online and it arrived quickly. We were able to obtain installation advice over the phone and they were very helpful. We did not need a plumber. More recently we had trouble with the remote control after warranty expiry but found they had a reasonably priced (fixed price plus parts) and efficient repair service with 1_day turnaround (freight transit time excluded). The parts we needed were inexpensive. We dropped the unit in original packing into the nearest post office. They replaced the faulty components and sent it back right away. Couldnt be happier. 5 stars from us.
